Our local movie theater has free movies for kids in the Summer on Tue and Wed mornings, so last week I took Patrick to the movie theater for his very first movie. We went to see Curious George. We sat in the very back row and Patrick enjoyed waving at everyone as they came in. He loved it when the movie started because it was the intro song for the movie. He danced in my lap the whole time. but, as soon as the music ended and the talking part of the movie started, he was done with it. So, we lasted about 10 minutes max. The nice part is it was free, so it was no big deal to just leave when he was finished with it. Here's a picture of him sitting on the big staircase in the theater.

that's funny! i think nehemiah wouldn't last long either. what a great idea, though, to have a kids theatre time.
