Baby Bear

Patrick got one of those "fur real" stuffed animals from Grammie for Christmas. It used to make sounds and move, but it's been well over a month since it stopped working and he still loves it. It's the first toy he pretends has feelings. He'll tell me that baby bear is sleepy and will go tuck him in bed, or that he's cold and will wrap him in a blanket. Out of nowhere, he will say that baby bear is crying and will drop what he's doing to go find him. Well, tonight after dinner Patrick said that baby bear was hungry. I assumed he'd bring him to the table and try to feed him the rest of his leftover rice with a spoon, but I turned to see him pull up his shirt and latch baby bear onto his belly button. Good thing my camera was sitting there so I could catch a pic.
