We took a day trip to Pinnacles the day before Halloween to check out the fully opened caves. We had been there about 6 years ago, but it was at a time when the bats were in the caves, so a portion of the caves were closed off to the public. It was so much better being able to explore the whole area and I must admit I was glad to know the bats were not in there. :0 The kids loved it! It just might have to be a yearly tradition now.

I've been wanting to do the Pinnacles for awhile now...perhaps after the baby arrives!
