Teaching Manners

I think Patrick has mastered saying thank you. He's moved on to making me say it. He was playing with a finger puppet while I was reading. He stuck it on my finger, waited for a response, and then said, "Say 'Thank you', Mommy".

that reminds me of nehemiah. he says thank you for me (or whomever) when he hands me something. he says it as a reminder and waits for me to say it back.
