Christmas 2009

Christmas Eve on "The Hill" (also known as my grandparents' house in Atascadero): Cutest gift ever.

Here's a pic of my cousin Tommy and me. We were best friends growing up. There are lots of stories of our crazy antics as kids. He and his wife (both are in the Army) are expecting their first child this Summer. Tommy's going to be a really fun dad.
Christmas Morning at Our House:
Killing time before opening presents because Kimberly was still sleeping. Why she chose Christmas morning to sleep in, I'm not sure.
This year I got smart and bought some large "C" clamps from Harbor Freight to hang the stockings. It was fun to actually have them hanging with stuff in them Christmas morning and not have to worry about the kids pulling a heavy weighted stocking holder down on themselves.
Chuck's parents came over for Christmas breakfast.

Kimberly got a DVD of her favorite movie: Milo and Otis.
Christmas Day at Grammie and Papa's:

An American Girl doll from Grammie and Papa.

So much cheerful red in all your pictures! Thanks for sharing. I also noticed you don't have anything on the bottom of your tree. I remember those days! Decorate at arms length!:)

First of all I want to say that your daughter has great taste. lol I can't even count the number of times I've seen Milo and Otis. :) I watched it growing up and my kids watch it now.

The C clamps are a wonderful idea! I'll have to pass it along to friends. Thanks
