We pitched our tent in Amber and Erik's yard for the weekend and enjoyed the great weather and scenery. We had a picnic on the dock, attended a couple of the chapel services for a family camp that was in session, went fishing, swimming, and hiking, and took a drive over to Hume Lake.
Patrick mastered sitting himself back up from crawling while we were there. He also got his first 1st birthday present from Auntie Am and Uncle Erik. It's a really cool wooden work bench table with a hammer. He'll be standing up playing with it in no time.
While we were there, I got to get out and take a few photos of the great scenery. The creek, pond and wild flowers are so beautiful right now.

so jealous!!! What a BEAUTIFUL area, I so want to go!! What amazing scenery pictures too:). It looks like you guys had sooo much fun. I still can't wait to see Patrick crawling!
