Our most recent heatwave sent us to Pismo Beach. It was gorgeous there even with all the people who had the same idea. It was over 1oo degrees when we got there at 6pm. We took our food from Splash out to a picnic table on the pier. We were in shorts and not at all cold, which was a first because it is usually very chilly out on the pier. After dinner we walked out to the end of the pier and then went down and played in the sand in the dark. We left at 8:30pm and it was still 90 degrees out!
We could not have asked for a prettier evening at Pismo.
