I went to TJ Maxx yesterday to try to find gifts for the last few people on my list. I was headed down one of the aisles and a fabric print caught my eye. Something was made from the same fabric I've used to make slings before. I was curious what it could be so I picked it up. And, guess what it was? Yep, it was one of my slings. I lost it more than two months ago and had no clue where it had gone. I felt funny walking out of the store with it without paying even though it was mine to begin with. I still don't think the gal at the register understood when I tried to explain so she wouldn't think I was stealing something. I'm glad to have it back; it's one of my favorite prints.
I wonder how many people have picked it up and looked at it in the last two months and had no clue what it was since there is no label on my slings?

That's funny that you found it after all that time. When my mom was little their dog disappeared. Her dad was a mailman and spotted it two years later on his mail route. He called for it and it came. He took the dog home and it never left the farm again after that. :)
